Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit Policy

• 10% Deposit Required: Before we bid on any car auction, you must pay a 10% deposit of the vehicle price
• Deposit Purpose: The deposit protects both parties from auction penalties and demonstrates serious intent
• If Bid Unsuccessful: The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days
• If Bid Successful: The deposit is applied to the total purchase price. You then pay the remaining balance
• If You Refuse After Success: The deposit will be forfeited to cover auction penalties

2. Auction Rules

• Bidding Authority: By submitting a car request and confirming with 10% deposit, you authorize us to bid on your behalf
• Bid Limits: We will not exceed your specified budget (including our ¥15,000 service fee)
• Auction Selection: We have the right to choose which auctions to bid at based on your criteria
• No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee winning any specific vehicle. Auction results depend on market conditions
• Communication: We will notify you of auction results within 24 hours

3. Payment Terms

• Service Fee: ¥15,000 charged after successful bid (non-refundable)
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal accepted
• Currency: All prices in Japanese Yen (JPY)
• Remaining Balance: Due within 5 business days after winning bid
• Late Payment: Late payments may result in additional penalties from the auction house

4. Refund Policy

• Unsuccessful Bid: 10% deposit refunded within 5 business days
• No Suitable Cars Found: Deposit refunded after 30 days of search
• Service Fee: Non-refundable once bid is successful
• Cancellation: You may cancel before bidding and receive deposit refund minus ¥5,000 processing fee

5. Export & Shipping

• Export Service: Available for customers outside Japan
• Documentation: We handle all export documentation and certificates
• Shipping Options: FOB or CIF available based on your preference
• Insurance: Optional for FOB, included in CIF
• Delivery: Customer responsible for port clearance and final delivery

6. Shaken Service

• What's Included: Vehicle inspection, repairs, and registration renewal
• Pricing: Quoted separately after vehicle selection
• Timeline: Typically 2-3 weeks depending on vehicle condition
• Quality Assurance: All repairs performed by certified mechanics

7. Liability

• Auction Information: We provide information based on auction house data. Accuracy not guaranteed
• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles sold as-is from auction. We conduct inspections but cannot guarantee perfection
• Market Conditions: We cannot guarantee specific auction results
• Third-Party Services: Not responsible for shipping company or insurance provider issues

8. Dispute Resolution

• Communication: All disputes must be reported within 7 days
• Resolution: We will work with you to resolve any issues
• Escalation: Unresolved disputes may go to arbitration

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data Collection: We collect personal data only for transaction purposes
• Data Security: Your information is stored securely
• Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties without consent

10. Acceptance

By submitting a car request and paying the deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice.
